Michael P. Schneider
Our co-founder and President, a United States Air Force combat veteran.
Mr. Schneider’s security background started in 1992, as nineteen-old Airman attending the Air Force Police Academy, in San Antonio Texas. Being stationed overseas in the Pacific Rim and having tours in Saudi Araba and Korea, increased his ability to react quickly and adapt and overcome any challenge placed in his way. After his career in the military a career in management followed using his military training and formal education.
Michael lives in Olean, New York with his family and two dogs in his spare time he volunteers with Allegany Ambulance Service as an Emergency Medical Technician. As part of his medical training he is a certified Instructor for both the American Red Cross and Hearth Association for CPR/ AED/ FA courses. You may have also seen him on the soccer fields in Western New York, as a High School and United States Soccer Federation Referee and Referee Instructor.
Jamie L. Schneider
National Sales Manager
Leads our sales department and is also in charge of our Emergency Medical Services program as an EMT.
She holds a degree in History from Grand Canyon University. She is known for her honesty, integrity and going the extra mile for her customers. She is a noted Historian and public speaker on the Civil War. She resides in Olean with her family and their two dogs.
Mary Jane Starks
She holds a Degree Sociology & Psychology from SUNY Fredonia. She also holds a Degree in Accounting and a Degree in Applied Sciences.
She has over 20+ years’ experience in Finance and Data Coordination. She is a member of the National Honor Society, Psi Chi Honor Society and the International Honor Society of Sociology. She is a founding and former 15+ years’ member of Festivals Fredonia, Inc.; a not-for-profit, 501-c-3 in Fredonia. She is known for her diligence, dedication and integrity in her work and to her clients. She enjoys camping, traveling, volunteering at the Lakeshore Humane Society and spending time with her family & friends. She resides in Fredonia with her daughter and 3 cats.
Brad Simon
Brad Simon was a NYPD police officer within for over 10 years with a background in law enforcement and various areas in the security industry. After his law enforcement career Brad has steadily been in the executive protection field along with security operations in various capacities in New York and now in Florida. He provided diplomatic security on the movement teams for NATO for numerous years at UNGA. While working alongside the US Diplomatic Security and Secret Service. Along with various other high-profile client’s on and off duty while a police officer. Brad holds various trainings from the NYPD along with being assigned to the counter terrorism bureau along with the intel division and other precincts though out NYC. Being in this industry for as long as I have with my law enforcement background, I have brought that to the state of Florida. With they way things are in today’s age its all about adapting in this industry and I stride to do my best to provide the services that are needed. Brad is licensed in the state of Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security.
